I took the photo on No Name Key, a small island off Big Pine in the Florida Keys. It has neither public electricity nor water.
The houseowner would undoubtedly have a generator but it kind of defeats the porpoise to run a gas- or diesel-generator to charge up said car. Not to mention the cost of the extension cord.
