		<description>Well, as a consumer, I can say the merger won't hurt me at all.  Except, well, I don't actually subscribe to sat. radio, nor do I ever intend to.  MP3 players give me all I need for my digital pleasure ... assuming I can figure out how to get my iPod to vibrate.</description>
